The Aon Resolution Centre assists members who are unable to resolve queries directly with their service providers. Please note that the Resolution Centre does not replace service provider contact centres or administrators. If you are unable to resolve an issue with your Medical Scheme, Gap Cover, or Primary Health Insurance provider, the Aon Resolution Centre can assist with the following matters:

  • Escalated queries 
  • Problems with account payment 
  • Clarification of benefits and administrative procedure 
  • Clarification of annual changes to benefits 
  • Assist the member in lodging a dispute with the medical scheme, or other service providers, or if required a complaint to the Council of Medical Schemes 
  • Assist the member in lodging an ex-gratia request 
  • Assist in the activation of applications  

Time taken for the resolution of the above will depend on the complexity of the query, and the members’ ability to provide the necessary information, and the turnaround times in terms of processes within other service providers and stakeholders.
